Members with questions or who need to make payment arrangements are encouraged to contact BCEC at least twenty-four (24) hours before the date electric service is scheduled for disconnect. Every attempt will be made to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. You may be able to avoid these extra charges by contacting our office in advance to enter into a written payment arrangement, an extension, or to be referred to agencies that can provide financial assistance. Failure to comply with the terms of a payment arrangement made with BCEC is considered non-payment and will result in disconnection unless the entire balance owed to the Cooperative is paid in full.
