Members can now view and pay their account on-line by clicking here or on the Member Login located in the top left corner of our homepage. At this time, BCEC only accepts E-checks online but currently does not accept debit or credit card payments.
Pay in Person: Bailey County Electric Cooperative accepts payments in person at both office locations from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Cash, personal or commercial checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, e-checks and automatic drafts are accepted. BCEC does not currently accept credit or debit card payments.

For your convenience, BCEC also provides a 24-hour payment drop box at both locations. For security reasons, please do not place cash or cashier’s checks in the drop box.
Pay by Mail: Write a check and include it with your bill payment stub in the enclosed envelope, apply postage and drop your payment in the mail. If you misplace our envelope, you can address the payment to Bailey County Electric Cooperative, Post Office Drawer 1013, Muleshoe, Texas 79347.
Automatic Draft: Electric bills can be automatically deducted from a checking or savings account on the 10th day of each month (or the next business day after if it falls on a weekend or holiday) by enrolling in the Automatic Draft Payment program. There is no charge for this service. Members will continue to receive their monthly billing statement indicating the total amount due. If a member changes financial institutions, a new enrollment form is required.
E-check: BCEC now offers the option to pay using e-check which is an electronic version of a paper check. Anyone with a checking account can pay by E-check. For more information, please contact BCEC at 806-272-4504.
