In accordance with our Bylaws, the BCEC annual meeting is normally held the 4th Tuesday in August of each year. The 2024 BCEC Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 27 as a drive-thru event at the BCEC headquarters in Muleshoe. Registration gifts will be given to each member who participates. All registered members will be entered into the door prize drawing for many prizes that will be held on Wednesday, August 28. The grand prize will be a Traeger Pro 34 Electric Grill and Smoker with cover, pellets and cookbook.
Directors from Districts 1 and District 2 will be elected at the drive-thru meeting. In accordance with our Bylaws, the 2024 Nominating Committee met on Tuesday, June 4 at 9:00 a.m. to select and nominate the following to be voted upon as BCEC Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 27:

Any fifteen (15) or more members acting together may make other nominations by petition in writing no less than fifteen (15) days prior to the annual meeting. The deadline for nominations by petition is August 12, 2024. Nominations will not be taken from the floor at the annual meeting.
