In accordance with our Bylaws, the BCEC annual meeting is normally held the 4th Tuesday in August of each year. The 2026 BCEC Annual Meeting will be held as a drive-thru meeting on Tuesday, August 25 in Muleshoe at the BCEC office. Signs will be visible to direct the traffic flow. Gates open at 4:30 p.m. and close at 6:30 p.m. sharp. No access to the drive-thru line after 6:30 p.m. Registration gifts will be given to each member who participates. Gates open All registered members will be entered into the door prize drawing for many prizes that will be held on Wednesday, August 26. A boxed meal will be served to each person attending.
Directors from Districts 3 and District 6 will be elected. In accordance with our Bylaws, the 2026 Nominating Committee met on June, 2026. The committee has nominated incumbents Greg Welch from District 3 and Keith Layton from District 6 to be re-elected. Any 15 or more members acting together may make other nominations by petition in writing no less than 15 days prior to the meeting. The deadline to submit a nomination by petition is August 10, 2026.
